IN WHICH DISTRICTS WILL TOKİ RENTAL HOUSES BE LOCATED?

The residences within the scope of the Istanbul Social Housing for Rent Project can be rented for 3 years. The residences are planned to be located in Ataşehir, Sancaktepe, Ümraniye, Üsküdar, Maltepe, Tuzla, Kartal, Başakşehir, Gaziosmanpaşa, Beyoğlu, Güngören and Arnavutköy districts.
