Family tragedy in Marano Vicentino: 15-year-old found dead

The 15-year-old's sister raised the alarm

The boy had arrived in Italy together with his 13-year-old sister in recent months, while his mother, also resident in Italy, lives in another house. According to initial reconstructions, the alarm was raised by his little sister who, perhaps after witnessing what happened, contacted her mother. The woman in turn called some relatives who asked for the intervention of a neighbor of the 54-year-old to understand what had happened. Hence, shortly afterwards, the call for help and the police.

The mayor's condolences

Investigations into the incident are ongoing. Condolence was expressed by the mayor of Marano Vicentino, Marco Guzzonato: "In the face of a family drama of this magnitude - he declared in a note - words struggle to find space: it is an event linked to private dynamics which are currently unknown to us and which require the utmost respect from all of us".
