Exchange of gunfire leaves one dead and another shot on Viaduto da China, in the East Zone of SP

According to the Military Police, the corporation was called to the incident at 12:15 pm. One of the men shot died at the scene, while the other was rescued and taken to Santa Marcelina Hospital. Two weapons were seized.

The viaduct is closed towards Avenida Marechal Tito. As the road connects avenues in the neighborhood to Avenida Marechal Tito, there is heavy traffic and congestion in the region.

The incident is ongoing. The Public Security Secretariat (SSP) was called.
