Turgay Tamer was found dead in his home

Turgay Tamer's wife, who was learned to have gone abroad for a few days, found Turgay Tamer motionless in the living room when she returned home last night.

According to Nefes's report, teams were dispatched to the address upon notice. It was stated that Tamer, who was determined to be dead, did not find anything suspicious in the first examination at his home.

Tamer's body was sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute to determine the exact cause of death.

The cause of death of Tamer, who was found to be diabetic, will become clear after the autopsy.

In its statement on the issue, Silivri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stated that the doctor in question 'did not provide medical intervention' and had 'health problems' due to not notifying Kozinoğlu.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The file regarding the death of Kaşif Kozinoğlu, who fell ill in Silivri No. 1 L Type Closed Penitentiary Institution and died on the way to the hospital on November 12, 2011, was reopened.

Turgay Tamer was detained by gendarmerie teams on September 10 within the scope of the Kaşif Kozinoğlu investigation and was released 4 days later.
