Ticket sales for the Touristic Eastern Express start tomorrow

NEWS CENTER - Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made a statement regarding the 2026-2027 season of the Touristic Eastern Express. Stating that the Touristic Eastern Express will host its passengers in the new season, Uraloğlu said, "The Touristic Eastern Express will operate a total of 70 flights, 35 in each direction, in the 2026-2027 winter season. Our flights in the Ankara-Kars direction will be between 21 December 2026-10 March 2027, and our flights in the Kars-Ankara direction will be between 23 December 2026-12 March 2027." will be done.” he said.

IT WILL DEPARTURE FROM ANKARA ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY

Providing information about the sailing days, Uraloğlu said, "Our trains will depart in the Ankara-Kars direction on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and in the Kars-Ankara direction on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Our last voyage in the Ankara-Kars direction will be on March 10, 2027, and in the Kars-Ankara direction on March 12, 2027." he said.

INDIVIDUAL TICKET SALES WILL START TOMORROW

Providing information about ticket sales, Uraloğlu said, "We will start ticket sales for our individual passengers tomorrow at 13.55. Tickets can be obtained from TCDD Transportation sales channels." he said.

Stating that the Touristic Eastern Express offers passengers the opportunity to see the cities on the route with its sightseeing stops, Uraloğlu said, "We will make sightseeing stops at Erzincan and Erzurum stations in the Ankara-Kars direction, and at İliç, Divriği and Sivas stations in the Kars-Ankara direction.
