Ukraine Warned of Russian Zircon Hypersonic Missile Threat

On the night of June 13 in Ukraine there is a threat of the use of Russian Zircon hypersonic missiles. The Telegram channel “Mirror of the Week” warned about this with reference to monitoring resources.

The publication describes the main characteristics of missiles, what threat they pose and what is their peculiarity. Thus, “Zircons” are designed to destroy large surface and ground targets. They are launched from ships, submarines and frigates; they boast hypersonic speed and a range of up to a thousand kilometers.

“Features: high speed and maneuvering in the main / final sectors make interception difficult,” the message notes.
