UltraAslan Leader Muzaffer Şirin's Drug Test Was Positive

The drug test of fan group leader Muzaffer Şirin, who was subjected to a judicial control order in the form of "house arrest" and "ban on going abroad" after he was detained within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was positive.

The investigation launched by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Illegal Betting and Sports Crimes Investigation Bureau against the suspect known as "UltraAslan fan group leader Sebahattin Şirin" due to his social media posts continues.

A report was prepared by the Forensic Medicine Institute about Şirin, whose blood and hair samples were taken within the scope of the investigation. In the report, it was noted that synthetic drugs were detected in Şirin's hair.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Within the scope of the investigation carried out by the Illegal Betting and Sports Crimes Investigation Bureau of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office due to his social media posts, Muzaffer Şirin, known as "UltraAslan fan group leader Sebahattin Şirin", was charged with "prohibited actions in sports fields and crimes related to sports competitions" as regulated in Articles 14 and 15 of Law No. 6222, as well as "using or possessing drugs or stimulants", "publicly disseminating misleading information to the public" and "organizing for the purpose of committing a crime". A detention order was issued for "establishing" crimes.

Suspect Şirin was detained by police teams. The suspect, who was referred to the courthouse, was referred to the criminal judgeship of peace on duty for the crimes of "publicly disseminating misleading information to the public" and "possession of unlicensed weapons and bullets" and the application of judicial control provisions such as "house arrest" and "ban on going abroad" within the scope of the articles of the Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports, which regulates "disruption of the competition order through statements on social media" and "irregular spectator entry to competition and viewing areas".

The judge ruled to impose judicial control provisions such as "house arrest" and "ban on going abroad" against the suspect Şirin.
