Conflicts in Yemen's Taiz and Hudaydah Cities: 1,790 Families Displaced

According to the statement made by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), the escalating conflicts in Taiz caused the displacement of Yemenis.

In the statement, it was noted that 1790 families had to leave their places of residence due to conflicts in the last 2 days.

Clashes continue in Taiz and Hudaydah

In the statement made by the Yemeni Army Press Center, it was stated that more than 15 air strikes were carried out on the Houthis' positions, assembly areas and military vehicles on the west coast fronts of Taiz and Hodeidah provinces.

There have been violent clashes between government forces and Houthis in Taiz and Hodeidah since yesterday morning.

It is reported that there were deaths and injuries from both sides in the clashes that intensified on various fronts near the Babulmandeb Strait.

It is feared that the loss of life will increase as the conflicts continue.
