Zelensky underlines the urgency of the 'winter package' and the need for solid security guarantees

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this, as reported by Ukrainska Pravda. "The territorial question remains relevant - he added - We have discussed it. But I remain of the opinion that such complex issues can only be resolved at the level of presidents". Zelensky said a total of three rounds of negotiations had taken place, all "very substantive." The Ukrainian president noted that Kiev is counting on air defense, energy support and the possibility of using American liquefied natural gas. According to the Ukrainian leader, the talks also discussed security guarantees, economic guarantees, reconstruction and a "prosperity plan" for Ukraine. "We know what our army should be, that it must be strong, and these are the main security guarantees for us. All this requires resources. And you understand this perfectly, we all understand this. Therefore, the guarantees must be solid and clear," the president concluded.
