Occasionally, egrets fly across the water.

The Huang Yuxing family from Ruian, Wenzhou, was the first group of tourists to "seize" the prime spot by the stream. "I heard a friend recommend Shunxi. This is a 'hidden version of Little Jiuzhaigou'!" Huang Yuxing said. They specially brought tea sets and ingredients, rowed a boat up the stream in the morning, and barbecued on a reserved wooden table by the stream at noon. "The children played in the water and the adults drank tea. This is the relaxation that a holiday should have."

Not far away, several kayaks were slowly making ripples on the stream. At the tea banquet on the shore, someone was filling water and making soup leisurely. Camp staff said that the booking situation on the first day of National Day this year was better than usual weekends, but the overall order was in good order, and tourists were mainly short-distance families from counties (cities, districts) in Wenzhou. "It's not as crowded as expected, and people are more willing to come at different times and play slowly." In order to accommodate tourists, the camp has also added a water-friendly activity area and adjusted the time for the nighttime light show.

In Shunxi Ancient Town, another bustle is unfolding unhurriedly. The actor playing the Monkey King holds a golden hoop and high-fives children on the roadside from time to time, posing in classic poses, attracting tourists to take photos with their mobile phones.

If Shunxi River is the joy of "motion", the Nanyan Dongxi Cave Scenic Area in Pingyang County is the elegance of "quietness". In the afternoon, an unexpected autumn rain fell on Nanyan. The raindrops hit the bluestone slabs intensively, but it did not dampen the tourists' interest. The rain is woven diagonally, the bluestone slabs are glowing with a warm light, and the bells of the ancient temple can be faintly heard in the distance. On the Nanyan Lawn, colorful tents "grew" out like mushrooms after the rain. Tourists took it easy as they came, sitting under the canopy and listening to the rain and making tea.

"I was originally worried that the rain would spoil the fun, but the beauty of the southern wild geese in the rain turned into an ink painting!" Ms. Liao, who had just come out of the Dongxi Cave Scenic Area, showed the photos on her mobile phone. "As soon as the rain fell, clouds and mist immediately rose up in the mountains, like a fairyland. This kind of 'unexpected' scenery is even more surprising than a sunny day!" Ms. Liao said that the originally planned trip for her and her family had an unexpected harvest due to the rain.

At Pingyang Fairy Pet Paradise and Jason Tribe, there are also many tourists taking their families to play in the rain. A parent from Longgang said: "The two places are very close. We feed the animals in the morning and play with children in the afternoon. The children don't want to leave."
