On September 30, a bio-pulp corrugated paper production project with an annual output of 200,000 tons was officially put into operation in the Packaging and Printing Industrial Park of Keshan County, Qiqihar City. On the same day, "Ingenuity Yinkeshan Packaging Helps Revitalization - Keshan Yingu Brand Release and Packaging Industry Matchmaking Conference" was held, aiming to link supply and demand resources with brand release, further improve the closed loop of the entire industry chain "from pulp raw materials to finished product packaging", and empower local agriculture to improve quality and efficiency.
The rich black soil makes Keshan's agricultural products famous. This traditional agricultural county has abundant agricultural resources such as soybeans, potatoes, and fresh corn. However, for a long time, packaging shortcomings have been stuck at the market entrance. Heilongjiang's packaging market also has a production capacity gap of 18 billion yuan, and a large amount of packaging demand has long relied on imports from outside the province. Today, Keshan County focuses on extending and strengthening the chain based on the packaging needs of leading enterprises in the region. At present, the 317,000-square-meter packaging industrial park has gathered 10 production companies to form full-chain service capabilities, and settled companies have signed orders exceeding 100 million yuan.
The bio-pulp corrugated paper production line put into operation this time has an annual production capacity of 100,000 to 120,000 tons. It can recycle and integrate waste paper raw materials from the area north of Harbin and process it into high-strength corrugated paper needed by carton companies on-site, significantly reducing the production costs of local packaging companies and improving the stability of the supply chain. It is reported that the No. 2 unit of the project is expected to be put into operation in May or June next year, and will achieve an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons by then. The company will further expand the Jilin and Liaoning markets.
"Different from the development model of traditional parks that only focus on a single production or design link, the park is based on market demand and industry pain points to build an integrated service model." Li Xiaopeng, general manager of Heilongjiang Qianxin Design Co., Ltd., who is responsible for the design, planning and overall operation of the park, said that "Keshan Yingu" is based on Keshan and service Serving the Northeast and linking to Russia, we have created a closed-loop ecological industrial chain of "front-end creative design, mid-end production and processing, and back-end market operation" to accurately solve the problems of scattered packaging of agricultural products in Northeast China, insufficient production capacity of high-quality packaging, and poor connection between production and sales, and establish a one-stop packaging "intelligent manufacturing" platform for "good black soil products" in northern China.
Keshan County, which once centered on traditional agriculture, now relies on the packaging and printing industry to open up a new link for the symbiotic development of agriculture and industry. "Let the high-quality agricultural products from the black soil catalyze and upgrade the value chain through creative design." said Zhao Di, secretary of the Keshan County Party Committee.
"The Keshan Packaging and Printing Industrial Park has been completed and put into operation. It is fully equipped with water supply, heating, power supply, sewage treatment and other facilities, allowing companies to 'settlement with their bags.'" Zhao Di said that the Packaging and Printing Industrial Park has formed a packaging industry cluster focusing on four categories: paper products, plastic woven packaging, flexible packaging, and carton and color box packaging.
"Heilongjiang Province is a major food province, and the market demand for food packaging bags is huge." said Wu Guotie, general manager of Keshan County Jinyuan Packaging Co., Ltd., a company settled there. He also targeted the Russian market: "First we will base ourselves in Qiqihar, develop deeply in Heilongjiang, then target the three northeastern provinces, and finally set up a free trade company in Heihe City to do Russian trade."
At present, Keshan County Packaging and Printing Industrial Park has built 22 standardized factories. Its industrial radiation range covers the three northeastern provinces, eastern Inner Mongolia and the trade market with Russia. It has obvious advantages in industrial agglomeration effect and brand effect.
In the future, Keshan County will continue to optimize the business environment with industrial chain thinking, rely on the "Keshan Yingu" brand to promote the transformation and upgrading of the packaging and printing industry to "creative design + intelligent manufacturing + green production", and strive to build Keshan into a new engine for the Northeast packaging industry, using a piece of packaging paper to connect the symbiotic chain of agriculture and industry, and explore the Keshan path for the revitalization of the county industry.
