In addition, Bild and other local media reported that the police in Ganderkesee in the north blocked a substation today due to suspicious circumstances.

The North German Broadcasting Company (NDR) quoted a police spokesman as saying that police officers discovered unusual circumstances at night and intervened, but did not provide further details. The spokesman said the incident did not pose a danger to the public.
