The police first sent the three people to the hospital for examination.

Later, the police questioned Mr. Liu at the hospital and surprisingly found an electronic heated cigarette smoking device and a set of cigarette cartridges on his body. The test showed a positive reaction for the second-level drug marijuana. The police first arrested Mr. Liu in accordance with the law and conducted urine tests on Ms. Chen and Mr. Li. Depending on the test results, they will be investigated for violating the Drug Harm Prevention Regulations.

The Wufu 4th Road Police Station received a report this morning, alleging that people fell into the water next to the Kaohsiung Pop Music Center. The police sent the three people to the hospital for examination and unexpectedly found drugs on Mr. Liu. After the interrogation, the suspect Liu was transferred to the Kaohsiung District Prosecutor's Office for investigation in accordance with the Drug Harm Prevention Regulations.
