The Ciyou Temple in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City, coincides with the 340th anniversary of the founding of the temple. President Lai Qingde and Su Qiaohui, the Democratic Progressive Party's New Taipei City mayoral candidate and legislator, went to the temple to pay incense and pray for blessings. Lai Qingde mentioned that it was Su Qiaohui who suggested a 10,000-yuan "AI bonus" for next year. Su Qiaohui said that many DPP legislators had a consensus at the time. Therefore, she reported this proposal to President Lai and Chief Executive Officer Zhuo Rongtai on behalf of her. She thanked President Lai and the ruling team for making a quick decision after weighing the government's financial expenditure. As soon as the general budget is passed next year, all people will receive 10,000 yuan. She will continue to fight for resources for citizens and friends to drive the continued development of New Taipei.

Su Qiaohui said that Taiwan's economic growth has reached a new high in recent years. Therefore, when the Executive Yuan is preparing the annual general budget, many Democratic Progressive Party legislators have reached a consensus and hope that part of the government tax revenue will be used to distribute cash so that the people can directly enjoy economic dividends. Therefore, as everyone's representative, she reported this proposal to Lai Qingde and Zhuo Rongtai. She also thanked the ruling team for their prompt decision. She pointed out that over the past 10 years, she and local legislator Wu Bingrui have continued to strive for central resources to build Xinzhuang, which has also laid a solid foundation for the development of tourism and cultural industries in Xinzhuang, including a forward-looking construction design subsidy of more than 300 million yuan for the "Xinzhuang Sports Park Underground Parking Lot", providing 636 parking spaces for the local area.
