Indonesian passenger ship lost in Java Sea, 103 people rescued

An Indonesian passenger ship carrying more than 240 people was suspected of being hit by a strong storm in the Java Sea on its way from East Java Province to South Kalimantan Province on Borneo Island today (13th), and has since lost contact with the land. After receiving the report, the Indonesian authorities sent personnel to the last known location of the passenger ship to launch a large-scale search and rescue operation.
