A 40-year-old man surnamed Lin drove a taxi around the corner illegally and was stopped by a member of the Taoyuan Security Police. It turned out that he had been wanted for a theft case. Lin resisted arrest and tried to push the police officer, but was immediately suppressed by the police. After interrogation, he will be transferred to the Tainan District Prosecutor's Office for investigation.

It is reported that Mr. Lin was wanted by the Tainan District Prosecutor's Office for nearly a year. He went north to Taoyuan to hide in Taoyuan to avoid being investigated by the local police. The taxi he drove was owned by a taxi company. Taoyuan police officers were on patrol yesterday (12th). On Long'an Street in Taoyuan District, it was discovered that Mr. Lin was driving a taxi illegally parked at the corner of the intersection.
