A woman in Pingtung County has owed multiple taxes and fines since 2023 and failed to pay them. After being enforced, she did not come forward to explain or pay in accordance with the regulations. The Pingtung Branch of the Administrative Enforcement Administration stated that the woman failed to pay the violation fines and taxes within the specified period. Related cases were successively transferred to the Pingtung Branch of the Enforcement Administration through the Pingtung County Government Finance and Taxation Bureau and the Pingtung Supervision Station for enforcement. After receiving the case, the branch notified the woman to attend the scene, but she did not appear to explain or pay the fine as required.

The Pingtung branch explained that after investigating her property, the clerk in charge found that the woman was employed and that the obligor's claim on the salary of a third party was to be executed in accordance with the law. At this time, the aboriginal reservation land under the woman's name was also sealed by the court for enforcement proceedings. The clerk immediately checked the documents and issued an official letter requesting the court to merge the real estate enforcement procedures. The woman was shocked when she learned that something was wrong. In order to preserve the real estate, she hurriedly contacted friends to help raise money. On the one hand, she could resolve private debts and also pay off nearly 120,000 yuan in taxes, fines and other public legal debts.
