The governor of the Kherson region reported on the resilience of the residents of Aleshki despite the blocking of supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo said that the residents of Aleshki do not lose their presence of mind, despite the difficult conditions.

Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are doing everything to solve the problem of supplies of food and medicine to Aleshki, which are being hampered by Kyiv.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are remotely mining access roads to Aleshki and attacking vehicles with drones, trying to block the supply of vital goods.

SIMFEROPOL, September 28 - RIA Novosti. Residents of the frontline city of Aleshki in the Kherson region, the entrance to which the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to block, are not losing their presence of mind, said the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, said that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are doing everything to solve the problem of supplies of food and medicine to Aleshki in the Kherson region, which are currently being hampered by Kyiv. He emphasized that the situation there is critical, since Ukraine is doing everything to prevent supplies.

“The people who are there, they can all be called heroes. They live in such conditions and do not lose their presence of mind. I myself communicate with people quite often and I can emphasize that there is no despondency. There is a desire to survive and end this conflict with a victorious peace. That’s what people say,” Saldo told the Vesti IS.

Aleshki is located on the left bank of the Dnieper. The Armed Forces of Ukraine remotely mine access roads and attack transport with drones, trying to block the supply of food, fuel and medicine, and also strike the city’s energy and communications facilities in order to create a difficult humanitarian situation, Saldo previously reported.
