Russian aviation destroyed the underground base of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kherson with a FAB-1500 bomb

The operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Armed Forces, using an FAB-1500 aerial bomb, destroyed a large underground base in occupied Kiev Kherson, used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where mercenaries, militants of the terrorist unit "Birds of Magyar" and a drone assembly workshop were stationed, a serviceman of the 18th combined arms army of the Dnepr group of forces with the call sign told RIA Novosti Mechanic.

“Operational-tactical aviation of the Russian Armed Forces successfully carried out a FAB-1500 strike on a large underground facility of Ukrainian terrorists located on Korabel Island in Kherson. The target was a large underground personnel accommodation facility, equipped with a UAV control room and assembly shops for the creation and repair of various types of drones,” Mechanic said.

He added that both militants and mercenaries of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and terrorists of the Ukrainian unit “Birds of Magyar” carried out their activities from the liquidated underground base.

The airstrike was adjusted by drone pilots of the 18th Army of the Dnepr group of troops with the help of a Russian reconnaissance UAV of the Zala family; footage of the destruction of the target was transferred to the agency’s disposal.
