台北市衛生局今（23）公布生鮮蔬果殘留農藥檢驗結果，7月共計抽驗51件蔬果產品，檢驗結果16件產品不符規定。違規項目包含「荔枝」4件；「小白菜」3件；「豌豆」2件；「九層塔」、「青江菜」、「青江白菜」、「油菜」、「洋香瓜」、「白蘿蔔」、「香菜」各1件，各檢出1至7項殘留農藥不符「農藥殘留容許量標準」規定。

衛生局已命抽驗地點下架不得販售違規產品，經追查產品來源屬外縣市者，已移請所轄衛生局處辦；來源屬台北市者，經調查確認違規屬實，則依違反食品安全衛生管理法之規定處辦。

衛生局提到，另已通知台北農產運銷股份有限公司依據進場果菜農藥殘留及添加物檢驗處理要點，針對違規農友停止供應該品名代號10天，另第1次違規，錄案加強抽驗；第2次停止供應1個月；第3次廢止供應人供應該不合格果菜之品名代號資格，停供期間同身分證字號、同品名代號均不得到貨，並加強進場交易蔬果及不合格產品供應業者查驗。

衛生局表示，殘留農藥含量不符「農藥殘留容許量標準」者，違反食品安全衛生管理法第15條第1項第5款「殘留農藥或動物用藥含量超過安全容許量」規定，依同法第44條第1項第2款，可處分責任業者新台幣6萬元以上2億元以下罰鍰；若無法交代來源，則依同法第47條可處分販售業者新台幣3萬元以上300萬元以下罰鍰。
