YAROSLAVL, September 28 - RIA Novosti. The evacuation of children and teachers from social institutions was carried out in Kubrinsk, Yaroslavl region, where a fire occurred at a pyrotechnics factory, said regional governor Mikhail Evraev.

“A message about a fire at a pyrotechnics production plant was received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations at 16.06. In order to ensure safety, children and teachers were immediately evacuated from the Center for Continuing Education and the Kubrinsky Child Development Center located in the immediate vicinity,” Evraev wrote in his channel on the Max platform.
