Non-party legislator Gao Jin Sumei's "big accountant" Zhang Junjie abandoned bail and absconded for the 10th day. So far, 7 people have been arrested and brought to justice. Today, the prosecutors arrested 23-year-old man Chen Houzhang and 48-year-old woman Chen Caixun at Gukeng Resort Villa in Yunlin County. Chen was transferred to the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office for review earlier today. Chen Houzhang was transferred to the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office around 5 p.m. It is expected that the two people will have preliminary compulsory punishment results today.

The prosecutors found that Chen Junhan was the last stop of Zhang Junjie's escape. He originally planned to stow away at Kaohsiung Fishing Port, but he was shocked to find that the national security, coast patrol, and police systems were fully mobilized for a strict investigation, so he had to continue moving in the south in an attempt to find a breach. Subsequently, under Chen Junhan's arrangement, Zhang Junjie first checked into a five-star hotel in Gushan District, Kaohsiung, and was then assisted by Chen Houzhang to continue his escape.

As for Chen Caixun, the only female suspect in this case, she was suspected to be the accomplice who drove Pan Xinyi and the mysterious man who destroyed the bracelet in the rental car at the beginning. However, not long after Chen drove, Pan asked her to get out of the car and he took over to continue the escape.

According to the prosecutor's investigation, Zhang Junjie met a mysterious person in Da'an Forest Park on the 6th of this month, cut off his electronic bracelet and fled. Zhang first took a taxi to Taipei Wanhua and Taoyuan, contacted Zhou Huankai on the way, and then went south to Chiayi. Zhou then drove Zhang to Chiayi and Tainan areas, during which Zhang also disguised himself many times, and then handed over to Chen Houzhang, who was arrested this morning. Chen Houzhang then handed over to Chen Junhan, who was driving the right car.

The prosecutors determined that after Zhang Junjie got into the privileged car driven by Chen Junhan, he moved around Kaohsiung and other places, and tried to wait for an opportunity to sneak into the country but failed. Chen then helped arrange Zhang's accommodation, and then wandered around the Jia, Nan, and Gao areas. When he was unable to complete the task, he handed Zhang Junjie back to Chen Su, who was arrested this morning, to continue his escape journey.

At present, Zhang Junjie's case of abandoning bail and absconding has entered its 10th day. The prosecutors have successively arrested 7 accomplices, including Chen Junwei (paying bail of 50,000 yuan), Zhou Huankai (detention is allowed), Chen Junhan (detention is allowed), Chen Yan'an (paying bail of 100,000 yuan), Pan Xinyi (declared to the court), Chen Houzhang (under interrogation in the Beijing Procuratorate), and Chen Caixun (under investigation in the Beijing Procuratorate).
