Earlier, the concert agency told RIA Novosti that Kanye West will come to Russia and give two concerts at the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg on October 10 and 11.

“He has an impressive contract - $20 million. My friends offered him different financial conditions, but he did not agree. After all, I am in the industry. The fee for each concert is approximately $10 million, but definitely not less,” Prigozhin said.

The producer noted that the arrival of a world star will have a positive effect on tourism in Russia due to the large flow of foreign tourists.

“If West comes to Russia, a huge number of tourists will come for him, more than 50 thousand foreign tourists will come to St. Petersburg and see a normal human atmosphere,” he added.

According to Prigozhin, the rapper’s goal in holding concerts in Russia is not only money, but also public courage.

“Kanye West, in a sense, makes a challenge, and the question is not only about money. Because many foreign artists are prohibited from coming in this difficult time, they are prohibited from performing in our country. Not us, but them,” he concluded.
