During the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, Shanxi will aim at high-quality and full employment, adhere to the priority orientation of employment, improve the large-scale employment work pattern of policy coordination and industrial linkage, strive to solve structural employment contradictions, and continuously promote the effective improvement of the quality of employment and the reasonable growth of quantity.
Lei Jiankun introduced that Shanxi will focus on four aspects: building an employment-friendly development model, strengthening employment assistance for key groups, strengthening skills training, and optimizing the supply of employment services, so as to stabilize the basic employment market.
Shanxi will promote various departments at all levels to establish the broad employment concept of "managing industries must manage employment, promoting consumption must promote employment, and launching projects must expand employment", forming an employment-friendly development model that combines departmental coordination, regional linkage, government and enterprise efforts, and joint answers to the same questions.
