وأوضحت أن الترشح لعضوية المجلس التشريعي يتم من خلال القوائم الانتخابية فقط، ولا تقبل طلبات الترشح الفردية، بحيث لا يقل عدد مرشحي القائمة عن 16 مرشحاً ولا يزيد على 132 مرشحاً، مع الالتزام بالحد الأدنى لتمثيل المرأة وفقاً لأحكام القانون.
وبيّنت أن طلب ترشح القائمة يقدم من قبل منسقها ومفوضها بعد استكمال النماذج والوثائق والمرفقات المطلوبة، مؤكدة أن الطلبات المقدمة تخضع للدراسة والتدقيق للتأكد من استيفائها الشروط القانونية، وأن تقديم الطلب لا يعني قبوله أو اعتماده.
