"2026 Tainan Good Rice Season - Cai Qi Ya Rice Walk and Rice Field Painting Activity" will be held at Houbi Jingliao on October 9, the first day of the Double Ten holiday. The rice fields have been turned into a "canvas" and a complete Cai Qi Duck pattern has recently been presented. In addition to enjoying the rice field painting on the high platform, there will also be activities such as walking, performances, markets, handicrafts, and Cai Qi Duck meeting.

The Houbi District is located in the Chianan Plain and is an important rice-producing area in Tainan. The Cai Qi Ya painted rice fields of the "Tainan Good Rice Season" were planted on August 23. After one and a half months, clear patterns can be seen in the rice fields covering an area of ​​about 1.2 hectares. The rice field painting uses rice plants with five different leaf colors, including white, black, yellow, green, and purple. After long-term care and adjustment, a pattern of "2026 Tainan Good Rice Seasonal Vegetables and Strange Duck Rice Array" was formed in the field. It will be on display after the opening on October 9 until October 25. The viewing platform can accommodate up to 30 people at a time, inviting the public to enter Tainan Rice Country.
