《中国区域科技创新评价报告2026》从科技创新环境、科技创新投入、科技创新产出、高新技术产业和创新促进发展5个维度,构建由12个二级指标和51个三级指标组成的指标体系,对全国31个省、自治区、直辖市(不包括港澳台)综合科技创新水平进行评价分为三个梯队。
除第一梯队6省市外,第二梯队依次包括湖北、安徽、重庆、陕西、四川、湖南、山东、福建、江西、河南、辽宁、吉林、河北、宁夏、黑龙江、海南、甘肃、贵州、广西、云南、内蒙古、新疆和山西等23个省区市,青海和西藏位于第三梯队。
根据《中国区域科技创新评价报告2026》,中国区域科技创新还呈现京津冀协同创新发展深入推进、长三角一体化创新格局加快形成、粤港澳大湾区创新发展取得显著成效、长江经济带创新能级不断提升、黄河流域省区科技创新环境持续优化等特色亮点。
