2026 Ningxia "National Day" International Auto Show opens in Yinchuan, with 60 new cars making their regional debut

China News Service, Yinchuan, October 1 (Reporter Yu Jing) On October 1, the 2026 Ningxia "Eleventh" International Auto Show officially kicked off at the Yinchuan International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the exhibition will last until October 6. As the largest auto show in Ningxia during the National Day, this auto show uses five ABCDE exhibition halls with an exhibition area of ​​30,000 square meters. It brings together domestic and foreign mainstream auto brands. Dozens of new energy and new vehicles are on display. It is superimposed on the national, autonomous region, and Yinchuan City’s multi-level car purchase policies to benefit the people, injecting vitality into the auto consumer market.

A total of 60 new cars made their regional debuts at this auto show, with new energy models becoming the main exhibitors. The auto show adopts a factory direct sales model, cutting out the intermediate circulation links and launching exclusive car purchase discounts. On-site supporting car model performances, online exhibitions and other activities will enrich citizens' viewing experience.

Multiple car purchase subsidies were implemented simultaneously during the auto show, effectively reducing the cost of car purchases for citizens. Yinchuan municipal new car subsidy has been launched, with a total subsidy fund of 2 million yuan. It is first-come-first-served, first-come-first-served, and is subject to availability. Consumers who purchase new cars from Yinchuan cooperative car companies can apply for subsidies through the "My Ningxia" platform. New energy vehicles can receive up to 5,000 yuan in subsidies, and fuel vehicles can receive up to 4,000 yuan in subsidies.

Ningxia's automobile trade-in subsidy covers the entire exhibition period. Citizens who purchase new cars after scrapping or replacing old vehicles can upload materials on the "My Ningxia" APP to apply for subsidies, and the funds will also be used up. Among them, those who scrap old cars and buy new energy passenger cars will be subsidized at 12% of the new car price and tax, with a maximum of 20,000 yuan for a single car; those who purchase new energy passenger cars by replacing and transferring old cars will be subsidized at 8% of the new car price and tax, with a maximum of 15,000 yuan for a single car. Those who scrap or replace old cars and purchase 2.0L or below fuel passenger cars can also apply for corresponding subsidies.

The preferential purchase tax policy for new energy vehicles at the national level continues to be in effect. New energy passenger vehicles purchased from 2026 to 2027 can enjoy a 50% reduction in purchase tax, with a maximum reduction of 15,000 yuan for a single vehicle. This is combined with measures such as replacing old cars with new ones and bringing new energy vehicles to the countryside to continue to promote the upgrading of green car consumption.

This auto show is not only a platform for display and exchange of new automobile products, but also an important carrier for the implementation of policies to stabilize consumption and benefit people's livelihood.
