According to reports, this event will be held from October 2 to 5 at Shixing Gymnasium, Mojiang Water District and Shixing Middle School. The competition is divided into open group and student group, with 25 competition events in four categories: production, sailing, remote control and team.

In production projects such as the China "Coast Guard" Ship Model Making Competition and the China Marine Rescue Ship Model Making Competition in the student group, contestants need to show their creation of model structures, materials and scenes. Judges will score the models based on their innovativeness, practicality and aesthetics.

The remote control sailing race relies on contestants to judge the wind, current and sail force, control the unpowered model ship to race around the mark, and test weather perception and on-the-spot strategy; the power boat is driven by an electric device, and the contestants need to make high-speed turns between the track marks and control the speed steadily, focusing on engine adjustment and control accuracy; the simulated sailing is scaled down to the scale of the real ship, restoring the sailing attitude, and examining the comprehensive technology of ship model control and navigation.

In addition, the endurance event focuses on testing the endurance and stability of the power system, requiring long-term continuous sailing, testing the hull, power combination and player endurance; water football is a team competition event, with multiple boats cooperating to pass shots, taking into account single boat control and team tactical understanding.
