Hao Mingjin, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, and Liu Xiaotao, Deputy Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Governor of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, attended the forum and delivered speeches.
