Kia launches ‘2027 Tasman’ and ‘Tasman Open Bed’

Kia announced on the 1st that it will launch the pickup Tasman model year change model ‘The 2027 Tasman’ and ‘The Kia Tasman Open Bed’.

The 2027 Tasman introduces a ‘Best Selection’ trim that applies customer preference specifications as standard.

The best selection is equipped with convenience features such as a surround view monitor, remote smart parking assistance, digital key 2, and a 100W Type C USB terminal, as well as an electronic 4WD (four-wheel drive) system, differential gear lock, and terrain mode.

Kia lowered the price of the entry-level trim 'Dynamic' by 2.5 million won by optimizing specifications.

Tasman Open Bed is a specialized model that allows the cargo compartment to be opened and closed on three sides and has a maximum loading weight of 1 ton. Relaxed power performance was secured through the gasoline 2.5 turbo engine.

A Kia official said, “The 2027 Tasman has significantly expanded the convenience features that are highly preferred by customers and expanded the range of trim choices,” adding, “The Tasman Open Bed will be the best option for small business owners in the suburbs and regions as well as island and mountainous work sites.”
