President Putin noted the well-deserved recognition of the International Olympiad on Financial Security

The Financial Security Olympiad has received well-deserved recognition among experts and has become one of the key events in the calendar of the international financial security movement. This is stated in the address of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the opening of the finals of the VI International Olympiad on Financial Security.

“I welcome you to the final stage of the sixth international financial security Olympiad. Over the past years, this large-scale representative competition has received well-deserved recognition from expert circles, has become one of the key events in the calendar of the international movement on financial security, an important part of the multifaceted work to ensure wide access for young people to modern qualities of knowledge and competencies,” Andrey Lavrenko, Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration for Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption, read out the address of the head of state at the opening ceremony of the Olympiad finals.

The address emphasizes that advanced technologies and artificial intelligence mechanisms open up great opportunities for creation and creative self-development. “At the same time, it is important to adequately respond to new threats and risks and reliably protect the interests and safety of citizens,” the Russian President noted.

The final of the VI International Olympiad on Financial Security takes place in Krasnoyarsk from September 27 to October 2. 700 people from more than 40 countries take part in it. In total, more than 100 events are organized for participants. As part of the finals of the Olympiad, events of the Week of Financial Culture are taking place in Krasnoyarsk.
