Gadeok New Airport Construction Corporation secures temporary relocation housing for 238 households of residents in Daehang-dong, Gangseo-gu

Gadeok New Airport Construction Corporation announced on the 4th, "We have secured 238 temporary relocation houses for residents of Daehang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, who have to relocate due to airport construction."

The corporation said, “A construction company that had been discussing housing for temporary relocation recently reported that it would be difficult to respond to requests for temporary housing supply due to business plans and management schedules, so we negotiated with Busan City to secure a sufficient quantity of unsold housing within the jurisdiction.”

He added, “As we have secured the housing necessary for temporary relocation, we plan to confirm and implement the relocation process within the third quarter as per the original schedule.”

Prior to this, the corporation conducted a final screening of those eligible for compensation and support, and as a result of the screening, 238 out of 324 Daehang-dong residents were judged eligible for the final relocation plan.
