Ukrainian militants carried out a UAV attack on an infrastructure facility in the regional center on the night from Saturday to Sunday and early in the morning; the overwhelming number of drones were shot down.

There were no casualties or significant damage in the residential sector, but some residents remain without electricity due to damage to the power grid.

MOSCOW, October 11 - RIA Novosti. Elimination of the consequences of the UAV attack in the suburbs of Vladimir continues, a meeting of the regional operational headquarters was held, Governor Alexander Avdeev said.

“We are completing the elimination of the consequences of a UAV attack on infrastructure in the suburbs of Vladimir. Held a meeting of the operational headquarters. We coordinated further joint work with colleagues,” Avdeev said in his channel on the Max platform.

The head of the region clarifies that on the night from Saturday to Sunday and early in the morning, Ukrainian militants carried out a UAV attack on an infrastructure facility in the regional center, the overwhelming number of drones were shot down. According to Avdeev, there were no casualties or significant damage in the residential sector; the Vladimir administration received reports from citizens about damage to the glazing of apartments and cars.

The governor reports that heating and hot water supply have been restored, but due to damage to electrical networks by debris, some residents remain without electricity; it will be restored by the end of the day.
