Changhua's Dongluo River "Love Luan Tree Festival", a popular autumn flower viewing event, will be held in late September. The 1.5-kilometer-long sea of golden flowers on both sides of the bank is eye-catching. In order to allow tourists to enjoy the flowers without having to cover their noses and hold their breath, the Environmental Protection Bureau has stepped up inspections since September.
