“As for the Westerners, I said, this degradation is very serious. Of course, in the West there are some strong diplomats, strong personalities, there are some, but in general the level is extremely low. And the policy they are pursuing evokes a feeling of shame for what they are doing,” Ulyanov said at a briefing in a video bridge format organized by the International Multimedia Press Center of the Rossiya Segodnya media group.
