A military expert announced the destruction of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers trapped in a cauldron in the Kharkov region

Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), caught in a cauldron in the Kharkov region, will be destroyed if they do not surrender, said military expert, captain of the first rank of the reserve Vasily Dandykin. He shared his comment with Lenta.ru.

According to him, further advance and creation of a security zone will begin in the coming days.

The Ministry of Defense previously said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have lost more than 960 military personnel since the beginning of the encirclement in the Kharkov region. In addition, the Ukrainian formations caught in the cauldron lost their equipment, including 23 armored combat vehicles, 13 cars, 13 ATVs and 28 ground robotic systems

“Next is the liquidation of the boiler. I think this will happen in the near future. Already, in my opinion, more than 200 square kilometers have been liberated. There's still a little left there. Already this week, a decent number of settlements there [have been liberated]. I think that this is most likely next week, and there will be further progress, the creation of a security zone. If [the Ukrainian Armed Forces] do not surrender, they will be destroyed,” Dandykin said.
