雖然我國巡防艇廣播鳴笛達3次, 但中國漁船不予理會, 最終巡防艇於上午10時5分強靠登檢成功, 並迅速控制船上人員, 確認船上共7名中國籍船員, 經清艙後查獲漁獲約850公斤, 目前涉案漁船已押返馬公港, 後續將依《臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例》裁處。

海巡署金馬澎分署表示, 海巡人員全年不分晝夜堅守海域第一線, 持續落實各項海上巡邏及查察勤務, 全力肩負「國安、治安、平安」3安任務, 守護澎湖海域安全與漁民作業權益；對於中國籍漁船越界作業等違法行為, 海巡署將持續依法嚴正執法, 確保我國海域秩序。另呼籲漁民朋友於海上作業期間, 如發現疑似越界或其他異常情形, 可立即撥打海巡署「118」服務專線通報, 海巡署將迅速派遣巡防艇前往處理。
