Kumho Engineering & Construction wins three orders for KINTEX parking complex building, Jangji garage three-dimensional construction, and Samsung Electronics Flat Korea factory construction project

Kumho Engineering & Construction announced on the 10th that it had recently won three construction projects in succession, including the KINTEX parking complex building construction project in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, the Jangji Garage three-dimensional construction project in Songpa-gu, and the Samsung Electronics Plact Korea factory construction project in Gwangju, Jeollanam-do.

The KINTEX parking complex building construction project, which Kumho Engineering & Construction won, is a project to build a parking facility with 1 underground floor and 8 above-ground floors in Daehwa-dong, Seo-gu, Ilsanseo-gu. The total construction cost is approximately 56.3 billion won.

The Kumho Engineering & Construction consortium was the final successful bidder in the comprehensive evaluation bidding project, which comprehensively evaluates price and technology implementation capabilities, and Kumho Engineering & Construction will carry out the project as the lead company with a 60% stake.

Construction will begin this month and is scheduled to be completed in November 2028.

The three-dimensional garage garage project was ordered by the Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation (SH), and the total construction cost is approximately 350.6 billion won. Kumho Construction leads the project as the lead company with a 50% stake.

Kumho Engineering & Construction will also be in charge of the construction of the new Samsung Electronics Flact Korea plant to be built in Buk-gu, Gwangju Unified Special City, Jeollanam-do.

This is the construction of the domestic core production facility of Germany's Fläkt Group, which was acquired by Samsung Electronics. The main factory and office building for the heating and cooling system with a total floor area of ​​23,588 m2 on the first floor will be built.
