“The daily rental market is already showing growth and quite significant. This is a recurring trend on the eve of major events. Kanye’s concert is reflected in the economy and comfort class in the overwhelming majority. Now hotels and tenants have raised the price tag by 20-30%, but the growth will continue,” the expert believes.

In this case, the location will decide a lot. Now the cost of rent in nearby locations varies between 5-20 thousand rubles per day. On concert dates, this price tag already starts at 30 thousand rubles.
