The first Sun Moon Lake Fireworks Music Carnival was held on the 12th at Ita Thao Pier. This year, not only did the Ten Drumming Ensemble bring wonderful drum music, but also launched a water curtain light and shadow show for the first time. The much-anticipated fireworks were launched, and there were also 360-second fireworks and 24-inch underwater explosive fireworks. The fireworks shocked the whole place and made more than 20,000 tourists at the scene scream in surprise.

The Sun Moon Lake Scenic Area Management Office stated that the first Fireworks Festival was kicked off by the local aboriginal Damaluan Cultural and Art Troupe. Later, the well-known Ten Drum Percussion Ensemble also brought cross-border percussion music with the art troupe, and performed 12 representative songs in a row with shocking drum sounds, setting off the first climax of the event.

The Japanese Management Office said that this year's Fireworks Festival is seeking innovation and change. For the first time, a water curtain light and shadow show will be launched in Tan Mian. The water curtain will be used to create a large-scale outdoor theater. The film will present the beauty of Sun Moon Lake and the legend of the Thao people, immersing the audience in it.

The finale is a 360-second-long high-altitude fireworks, as well as explosive fireworks in the water. The gorgeous fireworks interact with each other in the high altitude, water and lake, winning cheers and applause from 20,000 spectators. There will also be fireworks concerts at Shuishe on October 17 and Xiangshan on November 14. People can seize the opportunity.
