The Russian Embassy in Norway warns of the risk of direct military conflict in Europe due to arms supplies to Ukraine

Due to the mass production and supply of weapons to Kyiv by Western countries, the risk of a military conflict in Europe increases. This was stated by the Russian Embassy in Norway, RIA Novosti reports.

“The mass production, supply and use of such weapons forces the Russian side to take tough and effective retaliatory measures and leads to an escalation of the conflict, which increases the risk that it will expand and ultimately lead to a direct military conflict in Europe with catastrophic consequences,” Moscow representatives noted in Oslo.

The embassy also pointed to Kyiv's desire to drag NATO into a direct conflict. The reason for this is Ukraine's dwindling resources.
