Gazprom increased gas supplies to neighboring countries and China

In January-June, Gazprom sharply increased supplies of pipeline gas to neighboring markets, doing this mainly through exports to Kazakhstan. RIA Novosti reports this with reference to the company’s semi-annual report.

It is noted that the figure increased by 29 percent, and the volume of gas supplies to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline in the first six months of 2026 exceeded its level in the same period of 2025.

In the first half of the year, Gazprom increased gas production by 3.4 percent, to 216.55 billion cubic meters.
