Zhu Lilun, who came to the platform, emphasized that Li Sichuan was a professional and honest man who had made outstanding contributions to promoting major constructions such as the Tamjiang Bridge and the development of Taipei Port. He was also a veteran who could get started on the first day. He called on the folks in Bali to do their best to collect the votes and put them in the cabinet at the last minute, and to jointly support those who actually do things.

Zhu Lilun went to Bali today, and the joint competition between Platform Li Sichuan and Lu Junhong was established. Looking back on the development of New Taipei City, Zhu Lilun said that he served as the first mayor of New Taipei City after its upgrade. The political ideas he proposed when he ran for mayor of New Taipei City from the Executive Yuan 16 years ago, including the Tamsui MRT, the Third Ring Road and the Third Line, the Tamjiang Bridge, Bali Positioning and the new administrative center, were all successively started and completed during his tenure. The two outstanding deputy mayors who worked side by side at that time were the current mayor Hou Youyi and the future mayor Li Sichuan.

Zhu Lilun praised that Li Sichuan, who has a background in public engineering, was the biggest contributor from the design to construction of the Tamjiang Bridge. Li Sichuan is very polite and always stands behind to contribute silently. In addition, major construction such as new developments and administrative buildings around Taipei Port have also laid the foundation for Bali's development. How Bali will develop in the future requires Li Sichuan to plan. Not only does Li Sichuan have deep roots in Taipei County and New Taipei City, his service achievements in Taipei City and Kaohsiung City are also highly recognized, and he is New Taipei City's greatest asset.
