[Reporter Luo Zhipeng/Taoyuan Report] Junyue Tsang, the patron saint of Fubon Titans, who just celebrated his 25th birthday yesterday, has officially submitted a letter to the major leagues. Negotiations will be open to all teams at 8 a.m. Eastern Time on November 8, taking the first step towards challenging the major leagues in his personal career.

Zeng Junyue has played in two WBC Classics and one Classic Qualifier. He has worked with Rakuten Momomon head coach Zeng Haoju many times in the national team. Regarding Zeng Junyue's challenge to the major leagues, Zeng Haoju believes that this is a good thing. After all, the top Japanese professional baseball players are also targeting the American professional baseball.

Zeng Haoju said, "Japanese players have been working hard for a while in the Nippon Professional Baseball League. If they feel that the opportunity comes, they will go to the American Major League Baseball. Our players are at the stage of 'I want to play professional baseball'. But after joining the Chinese Professional Baseball League, the goal should be 'I want to play in the Japanese Professional Baseball League and American Major League Baseball'. After slowly getting out, their careers will get better and better."

Zeng Junyue has played 48 games this season, with a record of 5 wins, 3 losses, 7 relievers and 25 saves. His ERA is 1.57, his batting average is 10%, and his on-base rate per inning is 0.95. He has played a total of 287 games in his career, with a record of 16 wins, 14 losses, 59 relievers, and 91 saves. His ERA is 1.94, his batting average is 1.96, and his on-base rate is 1.00.

Zeng Junyue has been evolving since he joined the Fubon Titans in 2020. Zeng Haoju has seen it in his eyes, "Junyue has improved the most in his mentality and psychological quality. In the past, he was not so decisive in pitching when facing the situation, and would have some doubts and hesitations. But after doing it, he received good things. If your worries are in front, you will not be able to perform good things. This has been seen in his progress in the past few years."

Zeng Haoju believes that Zeng Junyue has continued to improve from the 2023 Classic to the present. This requires time to practice, accumulate experience of failures and successes, and slowly stack them up to make him an excellent pitcher.

Major League Baseball has gathered baseball elites from all over the world and has gathered talents. Only by climbing to the top of the pyramid can success be achieved. Zeng Haoju said, "Jun Yue's fastball is an advantage, but when you go to the United States, you will see more disgusting and perverted pitchers. You will think, 'Wow, how is this possible!', but after seeing it, you will know that it is not that you are lacking in ability, but that their talents are better."

Zeng Haoju's advice to Zeng Junyue is, "I don't think you want to see or try. I will fight with you. I really can't do it in the end. When you come back, your mentality will at least feel improved. If you use the mentality of studying and seeing, you will have negative thoughts after failure, but you try your best and maintain a competitive mentality when you come back, so as not to get worse. This is more important."
