The Israeli army attacks Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon

A statement by the Israeli army explained that its forces attacked Hezbollah infrastructure in several areas in southern Lebanon, in response to the launch of a bomb-laden drone last night towards its forces in the security zone, without causing any casualties.

The statement indicated that the targets included sites used by the party to launch drones and anti-tank missiles, and stressed that the army would continue to work to remove immediate threats, and warned against responding forcefully to any use of force from Lebanese territory, and at the same time stressed its commitment to the agreement between Israel and Lebanon.

In the field, the Israeli army carried out a massive bombing operation in the city of Khiam, and launched artillery shelling targeting Wadi Al-Saluki. Israeli aircraft also raided at dawn on the vicinity of the town of Ali Al-Taher and Kafr Benit, and targeted the outskirts of Kafr Shuba, in conjunction with continuous artillery shelling that targeted the towns of Beit Yahoun, Al-Mansouri, Nabatiyeh Al-Fawqa, and the Doha-Kfar Rumman area.

The scene witnessed the incursion of an Israeli force consisting of four vehicles into the outskirts of the Halta farm in the town of Kafr Shuba, coinciding with sweeping operations with machine guns, and circulating scenes recorded aircraft dropping flares on the town of Al-Mansouri in the Tire district in conjunction with the continuous artillery shelling.
