Almost 43 thousand Internet resources with prohibited dietary supplements are blocked in Russia

Almost 43 thousand Internet resources offering for sale prohibited biologically active additives (BAA) have been blocked in Russia.

The blocking was carried out according to decisions made by Rospotrebnadzor.

Among the blocked resources are pages with products that have not passed state registration, as well as with dangerous products and products with substance content exceeding standards.

MOSCOW, September 14 - RIA Novosti. Almost 43 thousand Internet resources offering prohibited biologically active additives (BAA) for sale are currently blocked in Russia, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor told reporters.

“Rospotrebnadzor specialists continue to identify and block Internet resources that disseminate information about the retail sale of biologically active additives (BAA), the sale of which is prohibited in Russia. Based on the results of decisions taken by the department, a total of 42.8 thousand such sites have been blocked,” the message says.
