According to the website of the Ministry of Emergency Management, on September 3, the State Council Security Committee Office organized a video dispatching promotion meeting for the investigation and rectification of "fake new energy filling stations" to analyze the problems and deficiencies in the investigation and rectification of "fake new energy filling stations" and promote relevant departments in various regions to draw inferences from one example to deepen the investigation and rectification.

The meeting pointed out that "fake new energy filling stations" are a chronic disease in the field of refined oil circulation. They not only pose safety risks and threaten public safety, but also undermine the national fiscal and taxation order and disrupt the refined oil circulation market. In the early stage, the Office of the Security Committee of the State Council, together with relevant departments, formed a joint working group to conduct an on-site inspection on the resurgence of "fake new energy filling stations" in Hubei Province. It has promoted the dismantling of all relevant facilities in 78 "fake new energy filling stations" in accordance with the law; Hubei Province has extended the investigation and punishment of 189 illegal sales points and 143 illegal transportation vehicles. 180 criminal cases were filed, 142 people were detained, and 265 people were detained by public security. The investigation and rectification work has achieved positive results.

The meeting requested that overall planning and coordination should be strengthened, and each locality should clarify the leading department, refine the work plan and division of tasks, and consolidate local responsibilities and departmental supervision responsibilities. It should refer to the working methods of Hubei Province and investigate "fake new energy filling stations" in the region without leaving any dead ends to ensure thorough investigation and verification. It is necessary to strengthen joint law enforcement across the entire chain, clarify the law enforcement subjects of various illegal activities, unify the law enforcement caliber, refine the discretionary standards, strengthen consultation and judgment, adhere to the principle of "punishing all the punishments that should be punished, and punishing the excessive punishments appropriately", and maintaining a high-pressure posture of "cracking down on non-compliance and treating violations". It is necessary to strictly implement the cross-departmental supervision mechanism for refined oil, carry out regular inspections and rectifications of black refueling points including "fake new energy filling stations", broaden the sources of clues and investigation methods, improve systems such as clue transfer, information sharing, and case consultation, improve joint supervision, verification and handling, and law enforcement coordination capabilities, and strictly prevent rebound resurgence.

At the meeting, 10 units including the Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce made speeches. Relevant member units of the State Council Security Committee attended the meeting on-site, and relevant member units of the provincial security committees participated in the meeting via video.
