Efimov: 45 thousand pieces of equipment were installed on the Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya line

MOSCOW, September 9 - RIA Novosti. About 45 thousand pieces of engineering equipment were installed at three stations of the Rublevo-Arkhangelsk metro line, said Vladimir Efimov, deputy mayor of the capital for urban planning policy.

He noted that the city has already launched the 17th metro line. An important feature of the first open section of the new radius was the integration of the Delovoy Tsentr and Shelepikha stations. Before that, they operated as part of the Big Circle Line. Specialists carried out large-scale work, including the integration of utility networks. They also included the equipment in the automatic subway control system.

In addition, work was underway on the construction of new stations. To ensure their safety and technically correct functioning, engineering systems are needed. These include power supply, lighting, ventilation and climate control.

“Security is ensured by a video surveillance system, as well as inspection and other equipment. In addition, electronic control and automation systems are being introduced. In total, at three new stations of the Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya line - Zvenigorodskaya, Narodnoye Opolchenie, General Karbyshev Boulevard - almost 45 thousand units of Russian-made equipment are connected,” the press service of the urban planning complex quotes Efimov as saying.

Specialists also installed more than 18 kilometers of air ducts and about 71 kilometers of pipelines, excluding external networks. They laid more than 2 thousand kilometers of cable, the press release adds.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin ordered to accelerate the pace of construction of the Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya metro line.
