A badly decomposed body was found in Asan Reservoir... Police investigation begins

A body in a highly decomposed state was found in a reservoir in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, and the police began an investigation.

According to the Chungnam Fire Department on the 25th, at 3:16 pm on this day, Mr. A, who was fishing at Dogo Reservoir in Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, reported to 119, saying, “There is a dead person floating in the reservoir.”

The fire department responded after receiving the report and recovered the body, presumed to be a man, at 3:58 p.m., about 40 minutes later, and handed it over to the police.

The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the death, including questioning the surrounding area.
